Hello fellow Etsy sellers,
I'm reaching out for some advice and assistance regarding an issue I'm facing with my Etsy account. Recently, Etsy placed my account, in vacation mode due to a need for identity verification. I promptly uploaded my driving license as requested, but I haven't received any updates since.
Despite multiple emails to Etsy's support team, my account still shows an "action required" indication. The responses I've received so far haven't been very helpful. As a new seller who just made my first sale, this situation is quite disheartening and is impacting my business momentum.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights from anyone who has experienced a similar situation. Specifically, I'm looking for guidance on:
How to effectively communicate with Etsy support to resolve this issue.
Any additional steps I might need to take to expedite the verification process.

It can take a while for Etsy to verify your ID - I think they have to do it manually. All you can do is wait I'm afraid.
Did you ever get it fixed? I’m struggling with the same issue
