Etsy Plus Subscription Fee Deduction

I recently subscribed to Etsy Plus, and I understand that the subscription fee of $10 is charged once per month. However, I noticed that after my first order, Etsy deducted the subscription fee again, even though it has not been a full month since my initial payment.

Additionally, I also see deductions for ads and other fees, which I understand, but the extra subscription charge seems incorrect.

I would like to know:
Is Etsy Plus supposed to be charged per order or per month?
Has anyone else faced a similar issue?
What’s the best way to contact Etsy Support for a refund in such cases?

Any advice from fellow sellers or Etsy support team would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You should be charged once per subscription cycle (i.e. monthly on the date the subscription started)

Personally I wouldn't use it. Etsy Plus does not give your listings any extra visibility and you can use Etsy ads without having to sign up for Etsy Plus.
