Etsy Payments Issue

Does any new seller face the issue of "We can’t finish enrolling you in Etsy Payments since Payoneer couldn’t verify your info. We’ve put your shop on pause via Vacation Mode, so you can’t receive new orders right now and your listings won’t appear in search results on Etsy.
To sell on Etsy, reach out to Payoneer’s Customer Care team to try enrolling again or check your email for more info."

I am currently trapped between Etsy and Payoneer as none of them have provided sufficient details on what the actual issue is. My Payoneer says it is all good but here on Etsy they say the Payoneer could not verify my info. If someone have a solution please let me know. I would like the Etsy team to please look my matter into consideration as it is causing unwanted delays in my new Etsy venture

@FocusPro53 : The first thing to check is that all data (i.e. names, addresses, etc) are entered EXACTLY THE SAME on both sites.

"I would like the Etsy team to please look ..." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts). At best, one of the Etsy moderators may see your post and forward it on to a specialist team. If that happens, please come back and let us know the resolution.

@FocusPro53  Are you really in Kenya? that country is not eligible for Etsy Payments. Did you move from another country?

Im currently in Kenya for my final year of bachelors. Im originally from Pakistan and my Payoneer is also registered in my Pakistani number, bank account and address. I put Kenya because of Etsys location tracking I dont want it to think Im decveiving by being in Kenya and putting Pakistan in my store
