Etsy Payments Deposits .CSV file EMPTY

For the month of September 2023, the Etsy Payments Deposits .CSV file is blank.

I've been downloading it for two days from different browsers, but it's always empty.

Anyone else have the same problem?

Yep, been trying to download the deposits CSV for September as well as the orders CSV. The deposits CSV shows blank information and though the Orders CSV downloads some numbers, the numbers are not correct. 

I have tried it numerous times from several different browsers and cleared my cache. Same thing.

Mine too. I reported it and was told they forwarded it to engineering team. No word as to when it might be addressed. I was hoping/not hoping it was happening to others so it might garner attention but so far, seems only you and I.

Had your bank been recieving the deposits? How strange..

Yes, my bank received the deposits, but they are not shown in the file.

I cleaned my cookies and tried from different browsers.

I've had this issue too recently but it seems to have been resolved.
