Etsy Payment Missing

I finally got back into my shop because Etsy temporarily limited my access due to someone trying to get into my account. However there are orders now missing from my shop - my all time orders state just over 3200 but before they restricted my access for my own security I had over 3700 orders. 

I still have the email notifications that orders were being placed in my shop last few days and I usually get paid from these orders every Mondy. When I gained access yesterday there was NO payment to be released, nothing. So I initially just thought this may be a glitch however, Nothing again today. All the proceeds from every sale I have made last week is GONE. All of it,

I wonder if Etsy cancelled those sales because of the security issue?

You need to continue working directly with Etsy Support to resolve these issues, which you have posted on previously. We are only other sellers here in Forums and do not have the answers for you.

Perhaps orders were cancelled due to a copyright issue?  Usually the listing is deactivated but maybe Etsy is doing something else now.

I do not think Etsy is that bothered about this shops copyright issues it is still showing over 3700 sales and seems fine to continue, but if you say the hacker was in your account have you checked that it is your account number still listed? in addition check your finances to see if anything has been paid out and to whom
