Etsy Live Chat Doesn't Work Anymore on My Dashboard?

Hi everyone

Etsy live chat doesn't work anymore on my dashboard. I'm trying to use last couple days and it doesn't work. 

Does anybody knows, yours are still workin?

Hi, I've never used the Chat Feature (lower Right corner in Dashboard); but just now looked.  It's not in my Dashboard, probably due to the fact that I'm no longer a Star Seller.  Because you are a Star Seller, yours should be working (I don't believe Chat is available all of the time though).

Here is a Thread from Thursday (another Seller asked about Chat and Email).  Sellers in the Thread provided other channels to get help; I hope this helps you.

I think chat is only available during business hours. Etsy employees probably are off for the holiday so there's no one available for chat today.  Check again tomorrow.

The chat box appears during (more or less) business hours in NYC.  

The chat is nice if you want someone to listen and be empathetic - or solve a super basic issue.  Chat is useless for anything beyond that.  Nice people, but they are not empowered to do anything beyond give out very basic Etsy advice.  Chat definitely does not solve deactivation or PAR issues.

@meltemsem I just checked and mine works. Try going to the Help Center above and scroll to the bottom.

Mine is there but I am not testing it because the one time I needed help despertly  they were about as much help as t**s on a bull!  You will get better help going to support thru your dashboard>community>contact us and follow the breadcrumbs until you get to email.

I used etsy chat yesterday and there’s no way of ending the chat. It’s just staying open with no way of ending it, I’ve even logged out but still the same chat remains

the same thing is happening to me!! i can’t even get to the chat button, it just keeps me going back and forth in the help center but no option to chat!! and im a star seller…please lmk if you figure this out!! ill update as well if i do! im sorry:(

You shop is not showing as a star seller, but if the chat bubble is available to you in your dashboard it will not appear for at least 5 more hours
