So many issues with Etsy right now.
After the fee increase in February, I would expect to be receiving a better service/platform, but it's been a disaster and get worse by the day.
1. The cursor jumping on messages makes in very difficult to respond quickly and accurately.
2. Customer messages are now not always linked to their order. Sometimes the messages don't contain their full name, so it's virtually impossible to match it with the order without having to ask them for their full name and email address.
3. The browser keeps crashing when I'm writing messages - I write a long message/quote and then It crashes, losing it all.
4. So many customers think they've placed their order, but nothing has come through on our side and it transpires that the order didn't go through. They're even given an order number, but the number doesn't link to any active order and the money doesn't leave their account.
Please use the extra fees revenue to fix these issues and give us value for money.
I had trouble using Etsy convo messaging yesterday. The cursor kept jumping to the end of my message when I was adding text &/or inserting text in an earlier part of the message. It was type one letter and the cursor jumped back to end of message each time. I haven't used it since. This happened on my laptop with Chrome as the browser.
yet they had supposed to of sorted that out yesterday!
oh my!! this just gets better and better! and also with the "add to cart" part on the search results too, that makes everything else look like they cannot be purchased!! it they do not have the "add to cart" on them, they keep this up it is going to be a great year of sales!!
mine is still crashing, jumping letters and im getting double and triple messages from customers days after they send them
anyone else having problems still?

Another Seller sent me a Test Message the other day. When I responded, the cursor didn't really jump for me. But I did "something" (can't remember exactly; was at the end of my Reply and the cursor went to the second or third word of my Reply. I had to place it back to the end. That's about the only thing. (But bear in mind, my Shop is on Vacation and I'm not dealing w/ Customers right now. So it could very well be different if I were).

anyone else still crashing while using etsy messages on chrome but on desk top only. app works fine
