Etsy International Postage Labels

I am in the UK and am trying to purchase Etsy international postage labels but when I get onto the purchase page it just sticks and lets me go no further or to cancel.  When I look at the page it doesn't give a price for the postage at all.  I have been able to buy domestic postage as normal.  I have orders that have to ship today or I will be penalised.

it could be you are entering dimensions or weight incorrectly, etsy's weight is KG, not gm

however you can buy them from Royal Mail click and drop online, they are the same price as etsy

and etsy doesn't even offer tracked for international

I never use etsy labels, always royal mail click and drop

I send approximately 10 - 20 orders a day and 50% of those are international.  I always fill in those fields correctly.  I know this is a bug as once I am on the page it won't let me cancel out of it either.

I will have to use click and drop for international until this is fixed.  But I wanted to log it as a problem for Etsy to fix.

You have to fill in the top boxes first saying what you are sending (large letter, parcel etc) for the services and prices to appear below.

I'm also struggling with this. I've successfully printed a label from a another of my shops to France but my main shop, I'm unable to process any labels because it wants more information even though all the fields are filled in.

Yep this is exactly what I am getting.  Done all the usual - cleared my cache, cookies etc but to no avail.

Will try to contact Etsy for help directly later today when I have a break from work.

I'm also affected by this bug. Might be connected to the change they made for Evri labels?
