The dashboard has always displayed a section titled "Your Open Orders"
The sections have always been
1) Ship by tomorrow
2) Ship this week
Just today, there is now a "Ship by Today" and they are calling it overdue
When reaching out to chat, they have just abrubtly ended the chat 2 minutes into "looking into it"
I have no orders w/ a ship by date today, and if I did, they are calling it overdue, which is very aggressive behavior.
Is anyone else experiencing this bug?
Mine are all over the place too. I live in aus and thought it was due to different time zones. Support told me to go off the desktop status, as it’s different to my app (app will say tomorrow, desktop says today, for example! Which puts me in panic mode because I make items to order within 1-3 days and I don’t want to feel rushed because of a tech blip!)
Additionally, My ad dashboard claims it is "the next day" when it is 4pm my time (west coast time) and only 7pm "Etsy / Brooklyn" time. Seeing quite a lot of odd bugs recently...
"Ship by today" while also being "overdue" seems incredibly aggressive, trying to laugh about it for now...
There are many reports of issues with timezone conversions, particularly discrepancies between the app and desktop. Undoubtedly Etsy is storing all dates and times in UTC (which is the standard way to do it) and then applying a wide range of conversion rules that do not all seem to give the same result. @PrevntProducts : Most of the west coast is 8 hours behind UTC, so YOUR 4:00 pm is ETSY's (UTC) 12:00 am the following day.

@PrevntProducts: Only if they ship late - Star Seller stats are in UTC and that is what Etsy bases Star Seller on.
