I have made numerous attempts at contacting Etsy Support via email and have had zero success. I’m unable to change my bank account information and there are funds available and/or possibly going to a bank account which I do not have access to. Any recommendations??
Maybe try to do the LIVE chat with them if you can .... not sure where it is, but you could search. Sure someone will come along telling you where it is. Good luck : )
What specifically is the problem? You can't find where to do it? You don't know your previous bank account number? Something is grayed out?
Is this somehow related to the Plaid verification?
@claycoby1031 Im in the same boat. I have sent over 30 messages for help and all i can do is send a email . other members have reached out to help and for some reason they are able to have the option for email or phone support??!!! I don't get it . I have no solutions its just what i have been observing and I'm pulling my hair out trying to contact etsy . I wish i can offer a solution . I will keep trying . I have 9 days until they suspend my account for not completing the update. I have had my shop since 2010 So frustrating
I've not contacted Support. But I see a Chat Icon when I go to my Shop Manager. Scrolling down the page, its is on the bottom Right of my screen. It looks like a white "talk" box. It doesn't say Chat on it. But it's highlighted in black; the icon itself is white.
If you have emailed Etsy and they respond yet it still doesn't address your problem; I've heard others say many times not to start a new ticket (that will just put you back in line). Respond "I still need help" to that email itself.
It really shouldn't be that difficult to receive help from Support, and yet I see people struggling daily to do so. We were told there would be an increase in Support help, but unless you're referring to bots I don't see where that is happening.

@thejunkdiva: "I have sent over 30 messages for help" DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile). Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive or Etsy will assume the issue has been resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, but once on each Etsy reply before anything is done but do not give up.
