I received the notification to verify my personal information. I provided my driver's license and passport copy. Both were rejected. I thought it was due to my shop being under my abbreviated name and not my full legal name. I made that change and quickly my shop was permanently suspended and now closed. I have been closed for over a month. I have submitted two appeals (two weeks apart) and have not received a reply form either one. I have reached out to Etsy Legal via email with no reply as well. I have been a Star Seller for over a year. No violations on any kind. This has been very frustrating to say the least. Any suggestions regarding another avenue that I can try to connect with Etsy?
