Etsy Chat Stuck in a help request from June 19th

I'm not sure if this is a glitch.  I requested help via chat on June 16th.  The request (or chat) is still open.  If I try to contact customer support through chat I get nothing.  There is no prompts or suggestions and the messages go unanswered.  

For clarification, I had a listing removed for violation of handmade policy on June 11th and this is why I contacted Etsy.  That issue is not resolved.  I don't know if my chat is stuck in limbo because that case isn't closed.

I've had this happen to me, too. Chat was stuck in the last conversation and I wasn't able to start a new one. It did eventually go back to normal, but it took a couple of months. Just wanted to give you some peace of mind that your chat will likely eventually return to working order as well, although perhaps not as quickly as we'd like.

I've never been able to use chat.  

Check to see if your photos have been stolen.  If so issue a DMCA notice and then let Etsy know.

I'm sorry.  That has to be equally frustrating.  I think I've used it a couple of times ever before this.  But it is just stuck in limbo.

I reverse image searched.  Searched on the internet with key words.  You name it, I tried to find it.  I find similar items.  I even find similar items on Etsy.  I guess a few of us had the same idea.  But mine is a good 10 to 16 inches in diameter larger depending on the wreaths you look at.  I have the evidence I made it, I guess there isn't anything else I can do.  

Thanks for the advice.  I think I will run those photos back through a different reverse image search.
