Is anyone else having issues with Etsy syncing with their QuickBooks Online account? Never had an issue in 2021, 2022 & 2023. This year, a lot of the Etsy sales, transactions and Etsy fees, shipping, etc. etc. are not transferring over to my QuickBooks Online account. Basically, all Etsy data seems has frozen and not updating on QuickBooks. When I look at my QuickBooks Profit & Loss Summary, most of the Etsy dada is missing and not reflecting in the QuickBooks Online Profit & Loss. I've been on the phone with several QuickBooks Reps and none can figure out why it's not transferring over? On QuickBooks it shows a green checkmark for both Etsy and QuickBooks as being "Connected" properly.
Thanks in advance for any help or insight.
Wondering if you found a fix for this issue? The same thing has happened to me.
Quickbooks knows this is an issue and won't address it. Quickbooks blames Etsy, but my PayPal orders went missing during the same time period my Etsy orders went missing. That would indicate to me it's a Quickbooks issue. At least 4 other Etsy sellers I know have said they had the same issue. When I complained to Quickbooks, they hung up on me.
I was already sick of Quickbooks and their constantly promos trying to sell me upgrades, business loans, and Turbo Tax. So I switched to Seller Ledger. Cheaper and better customer service.
Seller Ledger? Sounds interesting, tell me more...
If you are familiar with GoDaddyBookkeeping or Outright, these are the people who developed that.
It's a simplified version, no bells and whistles, but it integrates perfectly and isn't busy or fussy. And it's only $10 a month. All the fees I paid Quickbooks in 2023 where frankly a waste, because I had to rebuild everything by hand.
I started using SellerLedger in January 2024 when I realized Quickbooks had lost 4 months of data that had been there before. Quickbooks refused to own up to losing the data, but it WAS there earlier. Both my Etsy and PayPal data, for 4 full months, all gone.
Same here... missing data. At least it's not too time-consuming to manually add the Etsy sales since it's been sooooo sloooow
(laugh-crying into my coffee)
My sales and shipping costs were coming over into QBO fine, but the Etsy fees were not. Now I just put everything in manually each month.
Oh gosh! I just checked my QB and no fees have transferred from Etsy since 7/4! Thank you for posting this issue! Also - I just received an email from QB that they are Again increasing their fee to $25 per month! I've been with them for many years but no more!
@ShoreCrafty Try Seller Ledger https://sellerledger.com Only $10 a month, integrates smoothly, good customer service.
Not as many bells and whistles and that Quickbooks had, but also not all the flaws and constant issues I had with Quickbooks. Seller Ledger also isn't constantly bombarding me with ads for business loans, TurboTax, and various upgrades.
I had this same issue, they are closed over the weekend so no one to talk to ! But I tried "refreshing" my Etsy and bank accounts under settings, and everything updated
