Etsy App Integration Shopify - Listings deactivated

Hello!

Etsy recently deactivated all my listings I synced with Shopify with Help from the Etsy App Integration in Shopify. They say it is against there policy, but I don't understand exactly why they inactivated all my listings. Did somebody of you had the same issue or are you using other Etsy Integration Apps that are working? 

Do you have any tips what I can do or text Etsy, that they reactivate my listings?

Hi there, I feel it could be the picture issue. Etsy automatically checks pictures if it's on other sites it will deactivate them. I didn't use the shopify integration but I updated my own picture with my own store name as a watermark and it got instantly deactivated. I know there is a shop on Temu/Alibaba that is stealing my pictures. You need to open a ticket in their email support portal. But I didn't get a response yet. Hopefully, they will get back to us soon.

Etsy is removing access to some apps that could be used to connect with dropshipping/wholesale sites. You may need to find another integration that is allowed, instead of the one you're using now. 
I use Trunk, but that's merely an inventory app -- it doesn't create listings.

@BoardLoverEU - I see your comment that Etsy said the integrator is against Etsy's policies but I can't find that anywhere.  Did they give you a specific reference?

I encourage you to reach out to Cindy (Her comment is on page 2 of that discussion) and share details about your inactive listings. She's pooling our info and looking into it. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this!

Hi guys thank you for your help! So it appears the app tried to solve the problems with the Etsy policy, now they are waiting for Etsy to bring the App back online, and hopefully the listings too... !

I have been kicked off too. I can no longer access the Etsy app via Shopify. I see many people selling similar products as me and their stores are still up. I'm hoping Etsy fixes this as I was very careful not the violate their ToS.
