Hello Etsy Community,
I have been haggling with posting my listings from my Etsy shop, "Monster Chic," to my Instagram/FB page.
So far, I've entered 11 of my current listings to preview what the Instagram shop would look like. Building my Instagram shop using Meta's Commerce Manager looks great until I open it on my Instagram shop page. For some reason, only one of my products shows when I check my store on Instagram. What makes this more confusing is that the Commerce Manager says all the items in my catalog are approved, all 11 items are listed as "Visible," and the shop is live.
I've tried contacting Meta for assistance, but they have generic responses irrelevant to this issue. If you've had experience with this issue or know how to resolve it, your help is much appreciated!
