Hello everyone
I would like your opinion on a problem I am experiencing regarding the delivery estimate .
For a while now in fact under the listings appears the words " ORDER TODAY TO GET BY ... "
The problem is that these delivery estimates are incorrect ( based on my settings in the shipping profiles and transit times )
For most of our items it results in a transit time of more than 40 days ! ( Order today to get by May 9, June 20 )
We ship each package generally in two weeks and transit times are about 6/7 business days for international destinations , yet this statement appears.
The biggest problem is that the wording
" between May 9 and June 20 " in addition to being incorrect is misleading to shoppers.
What are your thoughts on this?
