Error with in-transit shipping

I have a notice on my star seller that I have one item missing tracking information and one item delivered late. The only item missing tracking was a digital item and there is a notebook that is still listed as "in-transit," but it has been delivered. I received a picture of it via email of it on the porch of the customer & have since received a review from the same customer. Can someone please help? I'm diligently working towards becoming a star seller and don't want this to hinder my progress.

We've double-checked the order that was tagged as having no tracking on your Star Seller, and it appears that the tracking number you've added to this order can't also be tracked on the carrier's website. It is possible that the number entered may not be the tracking number, or a slight error may have been made in entering the number. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. You can also check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.

@LavenderFieldsFinds: There are plenty of threads in this forum about this very issue. Are you basing your conclusion using the appropriate CSV file? If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. That being said, there have been instances where shipments may not get the correct shipping status.
