I have a parcel showing that it was shipped late, when in fact, it was shipped with tracking, the day after the item was purchased. (My listings all indicate that they will ship within 3-5 days.)
Tomorrow is the first of the month, and this error is going to impact my star seller badge. Who do I contact to have this issue resolved?

Last week I had contact with Etsy Support through the chat about this issue and this is their answer: -Thank you so much for reporting this, it lets us know how widespread the issue is and helps our teams prioritize fixes. At this time, we don’t have an estimated timeframe for when this will be resolved-
Check the CSV file for shipping and look to see if the tracking veification says yes or no. If it says no, it may be that Etsy was unable to follow the tracking number. It may be a typo when entering it, or an inability for Etsy to check tracking with the provider you used. The rules say Etsy must be able to verify tracking, their tracking verification partner may not be able to follow tracking for individual shippers, and if they can't it counts against you. I make a habit of checking the day after shipping to see if the link on Etsy works, it is less stress at the end of the month (not that I place any emphasis on SS anyway, it has never made a difference to me at all).
