Hi, I'm new to Etsy and trying to make my first listing, when I enter my dashboard and click on "my listings" and then "create new listing" I am redirected to a page that says
"Uh oh!, A stitch has gone awry. Please try again later."
I have cleared my browsing cache, logged into and out of the account, used different browsers, and I do not have the option to switch to the old layout as has been suggested. I am feeling pretty lost here and I was hoping for some advice that doesn't recommend the same things I've already seen.
