I have been unable to add new listings since yesterday.
The box comes up "you are about to publish a new listing" I click "Publish" and a red banner appears across saying "Must supply all required attributes" Then when I click to X out of that, another red banner states there was a problem saving my listing and to try again later.
I have signed in and out of the Etsy site, shut down my computer, not sure what to try. I have checked the data entered over and over and I cannot figure out why this is occurring.

Usually the bit that is missing is highlighted in red so make sure you have filled everything out.
Try copying an existing listing and then edit.

That is what was so puzzling. I was not getting that with this one. I figured something was missing, and it was. Listing a craft item and I missed selecting one or more craft types, but no heads up at the bottom.

It doesn't state the issue. One message was 47626759760 must supply all property id's, then a basic I forget now but no explanation. Still red bar at top.
I tried to switch to new method from old and lost it all. 4 Letter word in my head.
Lately it has been popping up that red box every single time I try to post a listing, or update an old listing. I have discovered that 99% of the time I can literally just hit the submit button again, without even touching the rex box at all, and it will work fine the second time. If that doesn't work, then it has decided I have to re-select which refund policy I want to use (I have 2, 14 days for regular items and No Refunds for personalized items.) The listing might be forever old, with the refund policy already set, but now it wants me to re-select which one.

I find sometimes that the date (when was it made) has reset to nothing all by itself. It should be highlighted though so you can fix it - but since it's right at the top of the page it's easy to miss.

I will keep an eye out for that one. I figured it out thank goodness but the part I was missing was not highlighted.
Looks like we have to apply the returns and exchange policies on all new or copied listings now. Wonder if there is a way to accept this as the default?
I Have Done this and it works, That was the answer, Listing has now been published, Thanks very much that was a great help. Always came in by default before but each time it will need to be done, Not Helpful to sellers. Thank you again.
