Error in sending pictures to buyers

When I get an order I snap a pic of the wrapped package & send a message to buyer, reminding them to watch for {pictured} item between such & such dates.  For a week or so, I noticed the pic won't load to forward.  A red error code appears.

Anyone else with this issue?

I do the same and haven't had a problem. Have you made sure that the photo is not larger than the maximum allowed megabytes for an attachment?

 No, I hadn't done that.  I've not had to in the past, but maybe I just happened to have the correct size..?  I will try that though.  Thank you!

Are you using the new seller app or the old one? I saw someone post a thread in the last few days mentioning they're having attaching images to messages using the new app.

Yes, I am getting this on  the new Etsy seller ap. Were you able to resolve?

I’m not on the app so I don’t know the resolve there, but on the desktop, it now, sometimes works...sometimes doesn’t.  I’m still unsure of what the issue is. *sigh*
