Error in displaying sent orders

Hello, I have recently shipped 4 more orders, but they are not appearing in my shop statistics, and my star rating percentage hasn’t changed either. Could you please clarify why this is happening? Thank you in advance for your help!

I find that sometimes it takes 24-48 hours to reflect in your stats

In my case, it has actually been over a week, and I even received a warning email from Etsy — but my stats still haven’t updated.

I’ve shipped 3 additional orders, so in reality I’ve sent out 17, but it’s still only showing 14. I contacted support last week, and they promised to fix the issue, but unfortunately, nothing has changed so far.

Hopefully it gets resolved soon.
