Etsy asked me to change the payment account, I have tried many times to change the payment account, but I have not been able to change it, I have tried in the app and through the web but in both I have not been able to.
The problem is in Shop Manager ˃ Finance ˃ Payment Settigns ˃ Bank details ˃ Edit
In the option where I have problems is where it says account type, it gives me 2 options:
*Checking Account.
*Saving account.
But I cannot select any option to choose from the previous ones mentioned, therefore, I cannot make the change of payment account.
I've already tried all sorts of recommendations, uninstall the app, reinstall the app, clear the cache, change the browser, refresh the browser, clear the browser data, but none have worked, including the tips from the etsy article, it's a problem with your page. I have more than 1 week with this issue, I have been trying to communicate with the etsy support team, it is not possible that your page does not work or that you can not help me in a more efficient way.
Are you positive it's Etsy asking you to make the change - and not a spam email?
Is what is already in your account correct?
It's been awhile since I I made changes to my Etsy account but I remember having to click on the account icon at the top and make the changes from there.
I don't think that's a request from Etsy. I've never had to select checking or savings and there is no edit button but an "update" button.
I suggest you just open a new shop (on eBay).

Only Etsy can help you with that. It seems like people who need to change a bank account, credit cart on file or tax number always run into some kind of problem and it takes Etsy forever to fix it. If you can find the number for a callback, that is your best choice. Otherwise, you will have to go through the long process of emailing Etsy, then getting several canned responses before you get a real person who can help. By then, a month or more will have gone by. Chat can't help at all with these sorts of problems. They will just email Etsy on your behalf, which will be a new email chain, so Etsy will close the inquiry you've already started and you will have to start over again.
@SkinCareStyle sounds like you're blocked. The team may have looked at your shop and reviews, or something is wrong with your account.
I just found the problem, there is a bug in the account selection options, apparently the programmer forgot to declare the name of the class from which those radio-buttons work
I'm a programmer engineer, so I'm pretty sure this is causing the problem.
The issue now is that I have 2 problems:
1.- I can't find a way to communicate with the Etsy technicians, the support chat they have doesn't know what I'm talking about and they just tell me that they are going to put me on the waiting list to solve the problem
2.- My English is very basic, my native language is Spanish so I don't have the way to speak through the support line that I found here:

Spanish speaker also here. Yes, I agree that is a basic coding bug, I'm more into C# and rememb almost anything from HTML, but by looking quickly at the code you can see there's no "aria-checked" parameter for those radio buttons... What kind of programer commit such a basic error? Also, don't they have any testers before production?

@I3DJY What info did Etsy want you to "change" if you already had correct banking info? Your banking info has to match exactly. Also, there is No location (city/state/country) where you are located. Check your Account Settings > Public Profile and add it.
Is the bank option a gray color? There's some forum threads where the engineering team is aware of a problem with a post from Etsy Staff that says there is "no time line when it will be fixed". You can do a forum search on this. I don't know if this applies to your problem.
What were you selling? Did you respond to Etsy's email? Only Etsy can fix the problem and re-open your shop so you need to deal directly with them.
I am experiencing the same issue since November 2022 and have been unable to withdraw funds since then.
