A customer reported an error message every time she was clicking the purchase button. How has this been going on for? Is it going to be resolved soon?
Yes I had a customer inform me of the same thing.My sales have been quite low all week despite getting questions from customers asking what size etc...to purchase.
I have had a few sales overnight so hopefully Etsy has started to resolve the problem.
I'm having the same issue. Well my customers are having this issue and then they go to purchase the item again because they got an error message at checkout. So I will end up with 3 different purchases for the same item from the same buyer. Then I message them to ask if they meant to buy the item 3 different times and I have to cancel the extra orders every time. This has been going on in my shop for a few days. What is going on?
How can this be reported to Etsy? I'm already very frustrated with the amount of sales I'm getting, and even this now?? I have experienced regular waves and crashes in sales since April.
I feel you. I did so well but last 4-6 months is not so good as before (last year).
If it's glitch and Etsy techs will fix it ASAP - it will be more or less fine. But if they won't fix this I don't know what to do.
I have a lot of visits which usually leads to a lot of sales. But not the last week. It was slowly dropping.
Since new update in October my sales magically just vaporized...
I usually got 12-20 sales per day but since 1st of October I have only 3-5.
Of course, before October I changed the delivery cost to $5.99.
Yesterday I changed it to a "Free Delivery" but it didn't help as well.
Etsy, what's going on and how to fix it?
I'm really not happy with this update.
