Error When Copying Listings

I list new items in my shop daily and yesterday I could not get my listings to publish. A red banner comes up that says "There was a problem saving your changes. Contact Etsy Support." I tried clearing cache, changed browsers and the same thing happened. I logged into my other shop and was able to copy a listing with no problem so it seemed specific to just that one shop. I contacted Etsy chat this morning and went through all the above steps with him and he then asked if I tried creating a listing from scratch. I had not but I did then and then and it worked. Creating new listings from scratch will be extremely tedious as I do list daily. He said he would make a note that there is a copy listing glitch. Anyone else experience this or have another suggestion?

This has occasionally happened to me, especially if I am copying older listings.  Try - checking to see if the delivery option is correct.  Sometimes I need to update this.  Also - try - checking that Core Details is correct, sometimes this needs me to go in and recheck the boxes I thought I'd already checked.

Thank you, I have just double checked and all looks correct. I don't think that is what I am experiencing.
