UGH!! Hi Everyone.
I have a few issues right now.
I made an error on a tracking number, corrected it as soon as I found out and now Etsy disqualified me on their rating system. This system makes me feel like a child!! HATE IT.
I also wanted to ask.., what is Etsy's percentage that they take from us on each item we sell??? On a $69.00 item they charged $3.80 for taxes, so now the total is (=) $72.80 and then Etsy took $23.73. Is this correct??? Is this what they get?? 20% ?? Then we still have to ship the item ( which is what Etsy wants us to do ) well, there goes another $20.00 CRAZY!
Trying to get a hold of anyone on Etsy is a might-mare. I can't get a hold of ANYONE on Etsy to let them know that my customers ALWAYS get tracking and I want them to correct the stats on my page.
HOW IN THE WORLD.., do you get a hold of ANYONE working at ETSY to discuss these concerns??
