Error Message when uploading a digital design -- Can't upload any listing

I am trying to upload a digital design and every time I try to upload it, it gives me the error message

• This section is incomplete. Fix errors before publishing.

The section is the category and I have the category selected. 

Even if I try to change the category, it says the exact same thing.

Category or shop section? I don't think it's talking about a shop section since you can list without selecting a shop section.

Have you tried over-riding it? I have, in the past, had it come up that I need to fix something before publishing, but if I just click for it to publish again it tends to go through. Definitely try this, especially if the chosen categories are already done.

I restarted my computer and it works now lol
