Endless Pending verification

Hello!

I registered a shop on Etsy. After my first sale, Etsy requested business registration documents. I sent them, but after almost two months, there has been no response. I tried resending the same documents, but all I see is the endless "Pending verification."

My support inquiries are closed as "resolved," but I receive no answers.

At the same time, I had no trouble verifying my identity and bank account.

I don't understand what to do. Should I wait for months or even years? How do I even start working with Etsy?
