Email hacked, no access to my account, no seller support for 2 days?????

My account was hacked, my email changed by the hacker and the link Etsy sent to change my password won't work. I have no access to my shop or my account so I can't secure it, and the best Etsy can offer in seller support for all the ever increasing fees I pay is an email address that may or may not respond in 2 days.  Maybe, hopefully.  Seriously?

Did you try logging in with your username and password? I never log into Etsy using my email.

Unfortunately my email is my user name.  I'll have to re-think that if I ever get this sorted. Thanks for the response.

I can't see my shop or my account...no access, no recourse. Unusual activity can't be seen either.
