Google suspended my email account 4 days ago because I have a business account and did not know that gmail is no longer free to businesses. As soon as I found this out I re-established my account with gmail and we are back in business as far as my email account, however I am no longer receiving email notifications from Etsy. I have gone through all the setup proceedures, looked to make sure notifications were not ending up in my spam filter, social, or promotions directories. All of them were good, so where do we go from here?
Did you check your email set up in Etsy under your account? Every once in a while, I have to go re-confirm my email address, so I'm thinking you will likely need to do the same thing.
Here is the problem on that. They have you do that, which I did and then they say they will send you a code via that email and I never get that code. Thanks for getting back to me. Very frustrating!
Well after reading my thread from Inspiration Seeker I tried to even change my email address to my personal email address and still no luck. I can never get the code that is supposed to be sent to me. Hope someone has an idea of what to do. Sure be nice to talk to someone from tech support.
