Editing prices

Etsy isn't letting me edit prices multiple at a time. I click on it to mass change the prices and nothing will pop up to edit prices. What's the problem?

Same here just noticed it tonight. If I choose change section the multiple choice box pops up but doesn't when I click prices. Hope they fix this glitch quick, I have too many items to waste time changing prices individually.

Same here. Very annoying. I reached out to customer support and it took me a decent amount of a time for me to get them to contact technical support about it. Hopefully technical support is looking into it now. I had to explain that I have used "Edit prices" in bulk several times before in the browser (Google Chrome) I use. They wanted me to try a different browser, so I tried Microsoft Edge. It still didn't work. I eventually had to mention that I think it's a bug and had to ask if they had technical support (which I know they do). Then they wanted me to try it in another browser like Firefox and I don't have that installed on my computer. Like it's not working folks. Then they wanted me to send a screenshot of it and I was like I can't really send  a screenshot of nothing happening. Like no error message is popping up. Nothing is happening when you click on "Edit prices," but I sent a screenshot anyway. Everything else around it is working though like tags, descriptions, titles, etc. Like just please let technical support know. End of rant. Gah. Sorry.

This happens me all the time, I'm so sick of it, I've tried it on my computer phone and iPad, it's not working on any of them.  I put my prices up before Christmas to slow sales and I really need to bring them down again, I do not have the time to sit an manually change over 200 listings, I'd be all day doing it.  Really wish Etsy would get this sorted ASAP

I hate companies that say try another web browser.  It is not different that saying "our menu options have changed" or 
we are experiencing more calls than normal".  It's all BS.

Same issue here. Need to decrease my prices but I don't have time to make it manually for each listing.

I got an email from Etsy just now in response to mine about this issue.  For all practical purposes the email might as well be called spam.

My response:

Nothing in the email addressed my issue at all.  

You know what would be great?  If you people even read the message I sent.  

As I said in the message price editing in bulk is not working and yes before you ask and waste more of my time I know how to bulk edit.

BTW there are a plethora of posts about this issue in the Etsy forums.  I am just one of many.

For what we pay in fees I would think at your end you could at the very least keep the platform working correctly.

Was also on chat for awhile just now today (1/2/23).  They acted as if they had no idea.  Its been days.  Etsy address the issue.  We have 1000's of listings I need to bulk edit pricing.  This is not acceptable.

It's broken here too. I only needed to change 14 prices and even though I saw this thread about the bulk price editor not working, I figured I'd give it a try. Result: bulk price change won't initiate on Chrome or FireFox. Fortunately the amount I needed to change was all the same price so it was a quick copy the new amount, then [ctrl+v], [enter] down the filtered listings.

If anyone is using an iMac.... open an incognito window and sign in to your shop from there, you'll be able to bulk edit your pricing
