Editing my shipping profile

I am trying to open a shop, and it won't let me edit my shipping service, and it won't let me go any further with my listing. Any ideas?

don't know what you are doing but there is a pencil icon to edit shipping profiles.  if that doesn't work make a new one.  click around and see what you can find.  etsy is not very intuitive at all and is always glitchy.  there will always be a problem that needs a work around.

go to settings/shipping and create a profile.

Then when creating a listing, select that profile.

And you can edit a shipping profile from a listing ... but be careful not to edit a shipping profile you've used elsewhere with different parameters and then save it with the same name.
