Edited Reviews by customers not updating on Etsy

Hi, 

Does anyone else have issues with Etsy reviews? I've had 2 customers leave a 4 star review by mistake and they've both amended the reviews to 5* but its not updated on my shop reviews and I'll lose my Star Seller badge as a result. 

Any help would be great!

How long ago did they edit the reviews? It  sometimes takes a couple of days for stats to update.

I had 1 about a month ago and 1, 3 days ago and neither have changed

@GiftsWithGrain   I would have thought your Customers edits would go through right away *(someone correct me if wrong).

I wonder if they are using an outdated browser (and are not aware that those are no longer supported by Etsy).  Or if they are using the app (which I've heard can be glitchy. I've never used it).

Because you don't want to bug them that their edits didn't "take", maybe you could write Etsy (I know a lot of Sellers are having difficulty getting timely responses).  I can't think of anything else, sorry.

Maybe someone else will jump in.

I didn't know about the browser thing and like you say I don't want to bug the customers as they've been good enough to reply and try to edit the review already. 

An email to Etsy looks like the way to go.

Same here.  I have the message exchanges with the 2 customers who left 4 star by mistake explaining what happened and that they are/were completely happy with their purchase and it won’t update.  I’m trying to contact Etsy Support but can’t get anyone - keep getting a technical error message.  So infuriating.
