My currency showed Euro a few days ago, then my shop was located in Spain, which I am in USA and use USD and only ship USA. I tried to correct the problem and now my Edit Listings page is shadowed with the message "Heads up!
You can't edit listings or shipping profiles until we finish converting your prices. We'll send you an email when all of your prices have been converted." I have signed in and out, checked other browsers, emptied cache. The screen is frozen until the issue is addressed??? Support is advising, but tech is not. I can access it fine through my phone, but not ideal for managing my Etsy!
I'm not sure how this happened?
Sounds like you will have to wait until the conversion has taken place.
They are probably trying to protect you, in case you were hacked. You probably have to contact them to tell them why things changed.
Currently, I'm seeing your location in the US, and your prices are all + .50 - not sure if that's on purpose, but odd prices usually tell me it's a price conversion from a currency other than USD.
My Edit Listings is the only issue on my site, I can function on my phone, but the process has frozen this page on my desktop, even checking dif browsers.. I'm wondering if it's a bug or an AI disruption. IDK and support have been unable to correct or give an explanation. Now my Community Thread page is showing "You don't have any notifications. Try posting a new topic or question to see some activity here" and Im involved with several on-going threads?
