ETSY won't let me mark one order as COMPLETE

I have one order that ETSY won't let me mark as COMPLETE. When I try to mark it as COMPLETE (with or without tracking number, nothing changes) etsy gives me an error "There was an error marking this order as complete." . An order from United Arab Emirates, already shipped to the client. I contacted Etsy's help center and spoke to 2 different "helpers", but they just provided me with "how to mark an order as complete" general rules and left the chat telling it's not in their power to do anything else for me. So now I have one order that will ruine my etsy's shop statistics and star seller. One of them suggested me to cancel the order and make the client to make another purchase... Seems intelligent.

I tried to clean the catch, log out and log in, nothing changes (tried on pc and in the app). Anyone else having same issues??

Have you tried a different browser or a different device? That is about all I can think of--and keep trying. Sometimes Etsy gets glitchy and sometimes the glitches seem to heal themselves.

I tried nly my pc and my phone, but will try on other pc too, thanks for suggestion... Not a day today, spent already so much of my time trying to explain this problem to help center twice, and got back only stupid answers as if I was a very beginner here on etsy...

I don't rely on CS for anything anymore. I am sure it is all bots, or the outsource center.

I had the problem yesterday. I seems to have updated today and shows as complete.  I am wondering if it has something to do with the processing time for orders was now howing as 1 -2 days, and because the order came during night hours, and I created the label early the next day and shipped it AI bots were watching closely.  I did not realize until yesterday that my usual 1-3 day processing time was no longer accepted, and had returned to the default 1-2 days.  Etsy has been completely buggy for me lately, with very little correlation between my phone app, and my PC stats,  even though I  had updated the phone app just a few days earlier. I am really paying attention from now on to make sure things are being correctly processed, and the dates and time for the tracking is within reasonably close to correct timing.
