ETSY says my order did not ship on time when my accout shows proof that I did

A buyer requested to add an item to her order and to have her orders be combined. I refunded the shipping on one item and bought a label for the new combined order.  It was due to be shipped today 12/8. I purchased the label today 12/8 from ETSY at 12:55PM, updated the proper tracking number on both orders, marked one complete (and yes, made sure to include the correct etsy label tracking number) AND delivered the package into the post office by 2:09 pm, all in the same day, two hours apart and on schedule per ETSY's own dashboard and shipping schedule.  My account clearly shows both were shipped on time.

By evening time, ETSY dropped my shipping rating and says I did not ship on time with that same order number.  I have screen shots and the ETSY tracking label to prove that I did. How will ETSY fix this?

It takes a while for stats to update on the SS page.  Wait a day or two and it should correct itself.

@MyGrannysMagic: A quick search shows that this issue has been addressed in many many  threads on this forum. Have the packages been scanned? If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and the Star Seller stats auto update.

i hope it gets fixed for you I have 12 that say they didnt ship on time even though etsy agrees they did and it never updated so I got ohhh sorry can't do anything for you, will escalate this. which means nothing its been over a week.
