Ongoing problem since early this afternoon - - -
Items sold only showing in sold section, not on dashboard, not in orders or shipping. No way to tell who bought what. What are you doing to fix this? Many shops have posted in the forums about it, and so far, you have not responded...

I know. But navigating the etsy help makes my stomach hurt, and I gave up after 4 tries, so I posted here.
This is the worst platform glitch I’ve ever encountered.
I can’t fulfill OR cancel phantom orders
I can’t put items back in inventory if there ARE legit orders
Is the fulfillment time ticking?

Same concern here! And etsy help is SO hard to navigate... it goes into an endless loop. I am so frustrated!!!
Oh and my phantom orders are showing on the dashboard graph. Thats the only place besides “sold out” where I can see. There are four phantom orders.
SO frustrating!!! It's not everyone, but it's enough of us, and there is no notice of this glitch in etsy's pinned posts... what are we supposed to do? Ugh...
Yes, I was on with support about this today and their idea of help was telling me to wait 72 hours.
I am having this problem too, struggling to get hold of anyone on chat.
Update for me- the phantom orders finally showed up as "cancelled" on my completed sales page. The items were NOT returned to inventory automatically and when I returned all of them manually I was charged a relisting fee, lol. Sigh.
But weren't all the fees returned to you, including the original listing fee?
There is still no financial transaction record at all of these sales, the cancellations, or the fees. Except the sales are now showing in the completed tab as cancelled. No financial record at all.
And I had to pay them to relist! It’s not a great deal of money, but geeze!
