Is it expected to sit in front of chat for 4 days waiting for a reply??? 
I am trying to update my Tax information while my shop is in suspension.  I have an email out did all their recommendations now no response that it didn’t work 4 days.  Have a chat open Monday was being sent to specialist nothing further input til last night then they were like I know it frustrating but keep trying every 24 hours.  WHAT I AM ENTERING MATCHES THE IRS this cycle will continue unless someone helps me.   I have tried legal name change / typo name change / tax I’d only nothing never get to the screen that I can submit documents!! I literally entered something in the chat every hour today and have kept an eye on it since 04:30 am in case they enter cause if I wouldn’t have happen to catch the blimp last night who knows.  It’s like my situation is too complicated and no one wants to deal with it.  HELP PLEASE

Have you used the name exactly as it is on your social security card?  Go back to your original email and reply that you still need help.  Don't open a new help ticket.

@RusticFarmhouseTLC  I've never seen a shop on suspension with no banner.   There are no items in your shop.  Don't discuss here but make sure your name matches with your bank name. I don't know why you're entering documents with chat.  Nothing is making sense. Try reaching out to a moderator in the forums to see if they can help you.
