EMAIL ETSY icon on dashboard (broken)

My dashboard has a new icon in the lower right corner. When I click it it says it is an Email ETSY  contact box but it never loads so it is broken. Imagine that. Something new that doesn't work. So if I even needed to contact (email) ETSY there is still no way to do that right?

Logged back in and now the Email ETSY icon is gone. That didn't last long.

Yes, discovered it this morning.  Posted about it.  It disappeared later for me. Check the responses at the end of the Thread.  Others clicked on it and got the Whoopsie page, or it just kept trying to load.
