I watch my listings like a hawk. Today I noticed that many of the items have been duplicated in error somehow. I have been here for about 3 years and this has never happened. I sell one-off wedding dresses-I don’t have two items that are the same. I can’t figure out how to contact Etsy or own a claim-it only wants to let me open a claim on purchases I have made.
Seller support seems non-existent on Etsy. So frustrating. Has anyone else had to deal with multiple listing? I’m not sure what to do.
Are you being charged for the duplicates?
You are a Star Seller... you should have access to Chat on Etsy. Do you see a chat icon on your orders page on the bottom right? You can also contact Etsy through the Help center to explain this tech issue. Definitely check your payment account to see if you were charged listings fees on the duplicates.

Did you use copy? Maybe your computer hiccuped and it didn't complete right?
Contact Etsy and ask them about it.
@RecycleBridal: When you say "duplicate" do you mean the same item with two different listing ids, or do you mean the same listing id displayed multiple times?
Lots of times when I make a new listing it publishes twice, even though I only publish one time. I have to deactivate one and put another item in its place. So freaking annoying. I see that right away though because I am looking for it.
