Driver’s license error with government-issued ID verification.

I have made sales, but my earnings have not been deposited, and my shop has been suspended.

This is because my government-issued personal ID for Legal & Tax Information has not been approved.

Even though I submitted my driver’s license, I was asked to provide the same information again a few days later.

The driver’s license is written in Japanese, but it is an official form of ID.

In Japan, the only ID written in Latin characters is a passport.

Since I do not own a passport, obtaining one would cost me approximately 16,000 yen.

Please make it possible to verify my account using my Japanese driver’s license.

Accepted forms of ID vary by country when it comes to verification on Etsy. If it is not accepting you driving licence then you will need to supply another form of a government issued ID.

Once you receive a automated reply from them by email, keep replying with "I still need help", eventually a real person may assist you
