I have tried to download my Monthly orders CSV File in Settings - Download data, but no email arrives and there dosen't appear to be any other way to access the report.
Any ideas?
Now sorted - I spoke to Etsy via callback and there was apparently an issues with the status of my email address which they have now fixed. It was the same reason I was not getting sales notification emails

Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.

I have been having the same issue for a couple of months and it is preventing me from completing my bookkeeping. I spoke to someone on the support chat and she said to just try again that same evening because they were working on it. That was weeks ago, and it still doesn't work. I was able to download the data from my other two etsy shops that get fewer sales (though they still took a while to come through), but for some reason my main shop where most of my sales come in will not download. I never receive the email no matter how many times I try. It was so easy before when Etsy allowed for instant downloading. I don't understand why they would make that change when it is causing such a headache. I have also sent a support email with no response.
