Download issues

I'm having terrible issues downloading stuff I think the whole site needs looking at as it's not allowing alit of actions  most are happy to email me what I've brought as they can see if it has or hasn't been downloaded I am however having issues with one seller who is refusing to send it via email or refund me despite me complaining 

I've opened up a dispute so we will see

So until its sorted I'll go elsewhere

It could be a problem your end if you are never able to download items?

@ThecraftycowStore  Are you trying to download a purchase? Make sure you are using a browser and not the app.

I've used browser but I still cannot download pattern

@ThecraftycowStore  there is also a download button in the email you received from Etsy.

What happens when you try?  What are the error messages, if any?
