Download button missing on monthly statement for January

Hello, I am located in Germany. Again, the download button on the monthly statement for January 2025 is missing. We have had such issues in the last years, and now it has happened again. Do you have the button, is it only European sellers, or is it a general problem? 

I will give it a few hour before I contact the Etsy chat bot...

Am I the only one missing the times when we were able to contact Etsy Admins directly with technical issues?

Have you already generated the CSV?  Is the refresh wheel right next to it visible?  If so, click  on that to see if it will generate a new version for you to download.  If not, maybe try a different browser, like Chrome or Firefox, to see if you get a different result.

Thank you! I just went there and low and behold, my download button had appeared! All a question of time I guess..
