Why doesn't Download Shop Data doesn't include shipping charges?

Depends on what you are downloading.

The Sold Orders download in options should have shipping prices paid.. You have a lot of free shipping items in your shop. Are you wanting to see what you paid for shipping? You can see a breakdown of shipping labels in the Finance section, assuming you bought them on Etsy.

You can open CSV files with most spreadsheet applications, including Excel, Numbers, and Google Spreadsheets.

Currently for Sale Listings

CSV file includes the listing title, description, price, currency code, quantity, tags, materials, and image URLs for all of your Currently for Sale listings.

No, that one doesn't show shipping prices. I think you might only be able to see it on sold orders download & monthly statements, not the Sale Listings download.
