Download Data CSV type Order Items not sending emails or any other emails.

I'm having a problem with trying to download the 'Order Items' csv file type from the download data section of options.

All of the other file types will download ok without issue.

However the Type ' Order Items' comes up with a green banner stating an email link will be sent, which is never received. I have tried multiple times over several days on different browsers after clearing cache etc.

I've also tried 3 different devices and have not received any emails.

Does anyone have any idea what i can do? Customer service just keep saying it will work, but it doesn't.

On further investigation, it appears i have not received any emails from Etsy of any sort since September 2024.

How do I report a technical issue.

@SpinningChickenGifts and @SpinningChickenGifts There is some sort of problem with the Orders CSV, It is being sent from a different Etsy email Payments.Team@mail.etsy.com

The body of the email contains a "link" starting with https://storage.googleapis.com/etsy-shop-data-download-prod/user 

This is followed by 12 lines of "code"

My security settings move these emails immediately to "junk". Moving from "junk" to "inbox" changes the "link" and "code" to text and images and the "Download" Button becomes active.

I'm not able to do my accounting because I don't receive any emails. I can say that I'm extremely frustrated as they first delete the app I was using to synchronize my data automatically with my back office software and my endless complains to support are not even answered. Now even sending the email to download my data is not working and I'm now completely stuck. I was  requesting my Orders and Order Items data several times and nothing happened!!! No emails, nothing in spam box, nothing!!! What should I do? Close my shop?

last month (February 2025) the "payment.team" email address is the way I got my orders csv.  However, this month I haven't even received an email at all. I know people have said it can take a little while; it's been 48 hours.  I've also tried it multiple times to get my orders CSV, for march and other months, thinking maybe because March just ended, no emails at all for the download links.  So then I went to try to generate the csv's from the monthly statement page, to see if that worked, it also came from payment team and within 2 minutes.  So, it's definitely the orders csv under our settings option that appears to be having an issue. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a way to contact anybody for assistance.  So heres hoping someone figures it out and lets us in on the secret. thank you.

I’ve had the same issue today. Luckily support generated the csv files for me in the chat after some verification questions.

Same issue here--no emails coming with the file links. (I get purchases, shipping notices, payments and bills, so I know my email is correct)

I talked with Etsy support in the chat box and was able to request my CSV report that way. How annoying though that they can't fix this. Everyone is working on their taxes right now!

I am, at this time, having Chat Support send me Orders CSV files for my 5 Shops

Be prepared to have to provide the last 4 digits of your Bank Account and Billing Card and your current Payment Account Balance

Support will download the files into the Chat window and you can open and save them from there.
