This month I had an issue with my Star Seller Stats dropping due to "missing processing time"; Although all orders had processing times, tracking, shipped before date due, etc. So I have been racking my brain trying to figure out what the problem might be, since all I hear from technical support is that they are aware of the problem and are looking at it. I guess we need to see if we can come to their aid by figuring it out ourselves. I just sent them a message asking:

If it shows on you order 2 labels to purchase, you X out one of the labels and buy the other. That has no affect on star seller since you bought an Etsy label with tracking.
It's happening in countries that don't have labels, so it can't be label related.
You can't publish a listing without a processing time. Therefore if the stats shows it had no processing time, it's a back end glitch. And only etsy can find out what piece of coding is wrong that this keeps happening.
@CappuccinoLace And Etsy has no interest in doing this because this has been an ongoing issue since Oct 2022.
It was briefly fixed, as there were no threads about it for a few months, but it's clearly back.
Yes, I know it is not supposed to have an effect. However, with all the coding changes on Etsy with all the tests that are being run, is it possible that something might have messed that up?
I cancel extra labels quite often (If I make a mistake, I have to change an address or a customer makes a 2nd order in the same day) and I’ve never not been 100%. I don’t think this is your issue
I often sell 2 or 3 items in a single order and I just hit delete label on the extra ones if I'm going to pack it into one box. Unfortunately I don't think that Delete Label action can be undone. Just today I deleted the extra labels, but then realized that shipping in 3 large boxes is cheaper than shipping in 1 extremely large box. I'm trying to figure out how to get the 2nd and 3rd labels back, but I don't think I can.
This is an obsolete thread.
