Do I have to verify or provide any document? So Etsy can remove the Holiday Mode.

Hi there, It's been 5 days now. I opened a shop and created a listing but before making it live I received a message that my shop was on hold or holiday mode. To make my shop live I need to verify my seller account. Can you please guide me on where I can submit my document or verify myself? So I can start working on this amazing platform. After reviewing every aspect, I think I have already provided everything. Kindly look into the request and provide a solution as soon as possible. Thanks
