Dispatched orders from Printify to Etsy
Hello!
I have recently decided to move from solely digital items to printed ones. So I linked my Etsy shop to Printify.
I had around 15/20 sold items that were sent to Printify for production.
On the Etsy star seller section of my dashboard I've noticed that my dispatch and tracking percentage is zero. I contacted Etsy via chat and they told me that it was because I did not provide a tracking number and I had to do that manually cause printify doesn't do that.
I found myself a bit confused cause the only 'Open' orders I got on Etsy can't be provided with a tracking order since the item is still 'In production' on Printify. Furthermore, the ones that are in "Transit" already have a tracking order provided by Printify and visible in the order details on Etsy.
What am I exactly doing wrong? It seems everything is kept on track per order, but the stats for the Star Seller rate are still null.

@StudioBottino: Since it sounds like your Printify integration is working, checked the check the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that dates in the file are in UTC not your time zone.
