Disconnecting Canada Post account

I've been trying to disconnect my Canada Post Solutions for Small Business account from my Etsy shipping settings since November 27th to no avail.  I found the other forum posts, and followed the directions to revoke permissions in my Canada Post account.  The account is still showing up in my Etsy settings, so I contacted Etsy "support".  The latest (Dec. 6) message from Etsy said "I went ahead and unlink your Canada Post account on your Etsy account. Please try to sign out and sign in again on your Etsy account to see the changes."

Well, I have tried logging in and out, using different browsers (Mozilla, Safari and Microsoft Edge), and have looked on different devices (some of which were never connected to Etsy before). I have also cleared my browser cache/cookies and have refreshed the page, and the account is still linked. 

Does anyone have any other suggestions for me?  I replied to Etsy's last e-mail on December 6th to say the account is still linked, but haven't received a reply back. When I added the account number it was connected immediately -- I wish there was a warning that disconnecting it would not be as simple!  (Note: I am using a different account to post to the forum)
